Nudicom respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users to do the same. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which is available on the U.S. Copyright Office website at the following link:  http://www.copyright.gov/legislation /dmca.pdf , Although our Nudicom website is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and therefore have chosen to voluntarily comply with the notice and Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") takedown. Therefore, it will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that have been committed through our nudicom.com website, as long as such claims are communicated to nudicom's Designated Copyright Agent identified in the following example notice.
